How it works

• Departments: every shelf, channel or line that makes money gets its own row with a status, a metric and an owner (human or agent).
• Pipeline: what is being built, in order, with a verification standard per item. Nothing ships unverified.
• Approvals: the only place the founder acts. The agent drafts; the founder ticks; the agent executes and logs.
• Log: one entry per working session, money first.
• Channels: where buyers come from, verified or rejected with the reason, so nothing is re-researched.
